Terms of Purchase

Methods of payment:

We accept money orders, cashiers check, personal checks (which may be held for an ample time to clear the bank), bank transfers (we will be glad to furnish bank routing information), in most cases there is a banking charge on both ends which must be paid by purchaser. Master Card, Visa or PayPal. We also accept purchase orders from government-operated schools and universities, THIS MUST BE PRE-ARRANGED.

Return policy:

(1)	All returns must have authorization and must be returned prepaid, insured and well packed.
(2)	Ten-day return privilege on used equipment.
(3)	Fifteen-percent restocking fee on new equipment, but not less than $10.00. This charge will be waived for authorized returns due to incorrect or duplicate shipments.
(4)	New equipment must be returned UNUSED in original factory packaging, warranty cards not used, with paperwork included.

Warranty:

All new products are warranted by the original manufacturer for their specified period of time.
