M2M Focal Plane Micrometer ^
This laboratory unit has a specially
prepared Pyroceram optical flat mounted on a spindle of a large Starrett micrometer. It
provides a means, in conjunction with Precision Lens Standard adapters , of checking
flange to focal plane separation to an accuracy of reading to .002 mm. May also be
ordered made from stainless steel at additional cost. (Lens standard is optional) |
